TECHNICAL & CONSTRUCTION LEAD

Natalie brings over a decade of experience in residential design and construction to the team. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Environmental Design from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio and became a licensed interior designer in the state of Texas in 2018. Natalie spent more than 10 years in the home-building industry, working as a designer for a luxury Dallas home builder before serving as a project manager for a semi-custom builder, where she successfully oversaw the construction of 12 homes. With deep knowledge of residential construction, Natalie is highly detail-oriented, organized, and thrives on systems—making her especially strong in project management, coordination, and execution.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys reading, Barre3 fitness, traveling, visiting wineries, and spending time outdoors with her husband and their lab mix, Tex. She’s also a proud aunt to four nephews and one niece and fully embraces the joy of aunt life.
